Can I have a contactless card with personalisation?
No - unfortunately we can’t offer this at the moment.
Can I choose between MasterCard or Visa?
No - you can’t change this with the personalisation process.
How much does it cost?
The cost to personalise your card is £10. We automatically add this to your card balance.
Can I go back to a standard card?
Yes – and there’s no fee for this.
If my card is damaged, lost or stolen do I have to pay for a new personalised image?
No, a replacement personalised card is free of charge. You’ll simply receive the same image on your card.
Do I have to pay when my card is renewed?
Yes - we charge £10.
Can I change my image?
Of course. You’ll simply pay £10 for each change.
Can my secondary cardholder have a different image?
No - they need to have the same image as your main card. This also means they can’t have a standard card.
How can I personalise my card?
Visit the NatWest Card Personalisation website. The service is only available online.
Can I use any image?
No, there are image guidelines on the NatWest Card Personalisation website.
If the image meets the guidelines, we’ll send an email to confirm your card is on its way. If your image doesn’t meet the guidelines, we’ll ask you to choose another image.
Who checks the images?
This is done by a third party supplier - we don’t pass on your customer information.
