Top up your household appliance warranty

To enjoy this benefit, you need to register your new appliances within 90 days of buying them.

  • Cover goods from £75-£2,000 – although your iPod, iPod Touch or iPhone isn’t covered
  • Wide protection – cover up to six household appliances a year, including laptops, LCD and plasma televisions
  • An extra year – once the manufacturer’s one or two year warranty has run out
  • Pay with your NatWest personal credit or debit card – and remember to register within 90 days of your purchase
  • Cover now and later – the option to top up your extended warranty even further
  • Accidental damage - cover starts from the date of registration

It’s easy to claim. Just call 0870 608 0890.

You normally need to use our approved repairer. They’ll usually send the repair bill straight to us – so you won’t have to settle it first then claim back the cost.

Occasionally, we advise you to pay the repairer yourself. If that happens, we’ll tell you how to claim.

Claiming for Food Spoilage? We may ask that you keep the spoilt food for up to two working days. This allows us, or our agents, to verify the claim.
