Railcard queries

 

My 5 Year 16-25 Railcard expired and I have not received a replacement, why?

Railcard renewals happen each year between June and July. As per the terms and conditions, railcards will be re-issued to customers who have used their accounts as their main bank account. If a railcard hasn't been issued this may be because there hasn't been any activity on your account.

Am I eligible for the 5 Year 16-25 Railcard?

This offer is available to first year undergraduates commencing their first Higher Education course or existing customers who are undergraduates commencing their first Higher Education course and upgrade their account to a student account from 9th June to 31st October.

If I lose my 5 Year 16-25 Railcard - can I get a replacement?

Account queries

 

What is the overdraft limit?

£1,250. However, please ask in branch if you need more.

Does NatWest provide student loans?

We have a special loan scheme for students who study medically -related degrees or postgraduate legal qualifications.

How can I apply for a student credit card?

Please contact your branch.

What are the campaign open and close dates?

The main campaign opens 9th June to 31st October 2008.
