Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

  1. Prize draw open to all customers and non-customers aged 18 or over who are UK residents. Draw not open to employees of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group of Companies, their families or anyone associated with this draw.
  2. One entry per person. Entries are non-returnable, they and the copyright for them become the property of the promoter. Entries must be received by 14 January 2011.
  3. No purchase or quotation necessary - request entry into the free prize draw by sending your name and address on a postcard to NatWest, Insurance Free Prize Draw,9 Springwell Court, Leeds LS12 1AL.
  4. Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules, delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered or illegible entries will be disqualified. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged in the post. Proof of posting or sending by e-mail will not be accepted as proof of entry.
  5. Five winners will be drawn at random on 24 January 2011 and will each win £50 worth of M&S Vouchers. There are no cash alternatives. Vouchers are not transferable, nor assignable and can only be redeemed in Marks & Spencer UK and Northern Ireland stores, not online. Vouchers can not be used to pay off Marks & Spencer credit cards. Vouchers have a cash redemption value of 0.001p at Marks & Spencer UK stores only. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  6. The winners will be informed by phone or post within 14 days of the draw date. Information about the winners will be made available by sending an SAE to NatWest Insurance Free Prize Draw,9 Springwell Court, Leeds LS12 1AL.
  7. The winners agree to take part in publicity in connection with this prize draw.
  8. If the prizes are unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winners the promoter will be entitled to dispose of the prizes as it sees fit without any liability to the winners for doing so.
  9. The promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice.
  10. The promoter is National Westminster Bank Plc, 135 Bishopsgate, London EC2M 3UR ("NatWest").
