Mobile Phone Insurance

Take advantage of Mobile Phone Insurance worth up to £144. It covers loss, theft, accidental damage, water and liquid damage, electrical and mechanical failure and unauthorised calls. We'll even send you a brand new phone (including SIM card) in the event of loss, theft or if the phone cannot be repaired up to the maximum original retail value of £500 including VAT. If you have a joint account you can also obtain cover for your family member. Cover also includes PDA’s.

Identity Theft Protection

Our Identity Theft Protection gives you protection against ID fraud, including access to:

  • £5,000 worth of cover against expenses incurred in defending and restoring your credit status after fraudulent activity
  • A complimentary credit report which allows you to view your credit history and any potentially fraudulent credit applications
  • Our online card monitoring service which alerts you if your registered card details are being traded on the web
  • Emergency helpline and Fraud Resolution Service to help you if you are a victim of Identity Theft
  • CIFAS Registration – which provides extra protection against any potential fraud that may be attempted

Car Breakdown cover with Green Flag

Whether you break down at home or on the roadside, your car (and all cars owned by you and registered at your address) are automatically covered for roadside assistance. This service includes:

  • Call-out and Roadside Assistance - anywhere in the UK
  • Home-Call Recovery Service - if you can’t start your car on a cold winter morning or you break down a ¼ mile from your home we can help
  • If necessary, transportation to a local repairer (free recovery up to 10 miles)

Accidental Death Benefit

One benefit we hope you'll never need is accidental death cover which pays out £15,000 to your family should the worse happen. You will be covered if you are over 70 with a 50% reduction in benefit.

They will hold your bank account number and sortcode to verify you are a NatWest Advantage Gold customer and also give you a unique reference for your Mobile Phone Insurance Policy.
