Purchase Protection

Benefit from purchase protection on items you buy with your NatWest Credit Card or Servicecard. It covers you against accidental damage, loss or theft, providing the item is not covered by any other insurance. Protection is provided for 100 days for Credit Card purchases and 45 days for purchases made with your Servicecard. You are covered for up to £3,500 for each claim (maximum £15,000 each year). Excess is first £50 of any claim.

Emergency Cash

Has your debit card been lost or stolen?

If it has you can get money out from any NatWest* cash machine anytime, day or night.

All you have to do is call us on 0870 600 0459 to report your debit card lost or stolen and answer a few, quick security questions.

We will then give you a code that will let you withdraw up to £300 emergency cash without a card from any NatWest* cash machine.

As an Advantage Gold customer you will receive the Emergency Cash service free of charge.

You can report your debit card lost or stolen 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

*Also available at RBS and Ulster Bank branded UK cash machines.
