Company Preferences

Contains various options and settings to enable you to customise Smart Data to your individual business and cardholder needs. For instance, you can:
 Set GL options through defaults and/or drop down boxes. This makes it easier for cardholders to update their card expenses. Using internal business codes supports data exports to GL systems/accounting software packages, reduces manual input.
 Set fields for cardholders to enter a description of their expenses making reconciliation easier.
