Due to adverse weather conditions affecting much of the country, our call centres are experiencing a high volume of calls.
Travel restrictions have meant that a number of our staff have been unable to reach their branch. As a result some of our branches are operating under reduced staffing levels and in some cases branches have had to close.

If your branch is closed or if you can’t get to your branch here are some ways in which we can help you manage your accounts.
Online Banking - With Online Banking you can check up-to-the-minute balances on your account and transfer money between any of your NatWest accounts, as well as make payments and manage standing orders from home 24 hours a day. Find out more about Online Banking.
Mobile phone banking - You can stay in touch with your finances anytime, anywhere with mobile phone banking. Its secure, easy to use and NatWest won’t charge you to use mobile phone banking, but network charges may apply. You can get balance updates at anytime – perfect for when you can’t get to a branch or computer. You can also take advantage of our new Quick Statements service where you can have a mini statement sent direct to your phone via text message. Find out more about mobile phone banking.
iPhone application - If you have an iPhone you can go one step further with mobile phone banking. If you have a pay as you go mobile you can top this up direct from your phone.
