We review all your ideas and have already got to work on some of the most popular:
- Mobile apps - we're extending our range. We'll keep you posted!
- Getting in touch online - we've added 24/7 web chat to the site in the contact us section. We can answer general questions. If you are a registered Online Banking customer and you have a more specific question about your account, just log into your Online Banking and our Customer Adviser can verify it's you.
- Showing interest rates - now included in your online statements dated from 13th January 2012 and we're investigating how we can show rates in your Online Banking account summary.
- Adding references to payments - we're looking into the best way to make this work in your Online Banking.
- Using graphs and charts - expect to see even better ways of reviewing your spending and saving later this year.
