Autopay

Autopay is a fully automated solution providing a simple and flexible way to make regular low value payments. Payment instructions are submitted by fax or telephone and can be received Monday-Friday 9am-3.30pm.

Key features and benefits:

• Submit up to 250 payment instructions per month by fax (or by telephone for up to 15 payments)
• Call back reminder if a scheduled regular payment instruction is not received
• Payment instructions can be submitted up to 28 days in advance
• Payment instructions can be made up to any amount within agreed limit
• Secure password protection for each transaction
• Simultaneous debits and credits: your account will be debited on the same day as suppliers' accounts are credited
• Full audit reports available
