You’ll find all the forms you need to apply for your onecard programme here. If you have any questions, please contact your Relationship Manager, or call the Onecentre support team on 0845 30 30 321 (Mon – Fri, 9am – 5pm).

Please note: the legal status of your business (PLC, Limited, Sole trader etc) determines which set of forms you should download. Please choose the one that’s right for you.

PLCs, Limited Companies, Limited Liability Partnerships, any other incorporated business and Partnerships of four or more partners
Please download and complete your onecard application and agreement form. The download includes information that will help you fill out the form, and provides information about opening an account. It also contains a link to the onecard terms and conditions, plus details about your insurance policies. onecard application form (832Kb PDF file) If you need more than four cardholders, you also need to download and complete the Cardholder Schedule (46Kb PDF file) When you’ve completed the appropriate forms to set up your onecard programme, please print and return the documents to your NatWest Relationship Manager.

When you’ve completed the appropriate forms to set up your onecard programme, please print and return the documents to your NatWest Relationship Manager.

Sole Traders, Small Partnerships (of three partners or less) and any other unincorporated business
Step 1 – your application and agreement Download and complete your onecard application and agreement form. The download includes information that will help you fill out the form, and provides information about opening an account. It also contains the onecard terms and conditions, plus details about your insurance policies. onecard application form (2,400Kb PDF file) Step 2 – applying for you cards When you’ve completed the onecard application form, you can apply for your cards. If you need more than four cardholders, you also need to download and complete the Cardholder Schedule (46Kb XLS file). Where appropriate, you may need to complete steps 3 and/or 4. Step 3 – payment by Direct Debit If you have opted to pay by Direct Debit from your business bank account, you must complete this form (36Kb PDF file). Step 4 – individual blocking (optional) You can block certain types of spend for individual cardholders - this can be done by completing the diversion billing and individual blocking form (137Kb PDF file). When you’ve completed the appropriate forms to set up your onecard programme, please print and return the documents to your NatWest Relationship Manager.

When you’ve completed the onecard application form, you can apply for your cards.
If you need more than four cardholders, you also need to download and complete the Cardholder Schedule (46Kb XLS file).

Where appropriate, you may need to complete steps 3 and/or 4.

Step 3 – payment by Direct Debit

If you have opted to pay by Direct Debit from your business bank account, you must complete this form (36Kb PDF file).

Step 4 – individual blocking (optional)
