Cards OnLine offers a range of features that make managing your commercial cards easy.

• Easy card management – as a company administrator you can change security details, email addresses and cardholder addresses. And you can order replacement cards and close the account for any former cardholders

• Export card transaction information – you can export account information which you can use with many popular accounting packages, including Sage, that accept tsv and csv files

With Cards OnLine, it’s easy to check transactions and review your balance with a simple-to-use, password-protected service.

• Improved business knowledge – with access up to 13 months' data. You can download it direct to your accounting systems and benefit from HM Revenue and Customs-accredited reporting on Visa Purchasing Cards
• Latest information - Cards OnLine is a real-time online system, which means you will receive the most up-to-date picture of your business. You can also view any pending authorisations actioned within the previous 7 days.
• Available round the clock – you can manage your cards when you want, where you want, 365 days a year. Occasionally the service may be unavailable due to essential maintenance.

Cards OnLine can be used for managing corporate cards, purchasing cards or onecard. Once your company has signed up to one of our card programmes, you can register for the Cards OnLine service.

Company registration

Before individual cardholders can register their card for Cards OnLine, your company needs to apply to use the service.

These forms should be completed by the person who will act as your company’s Card Administrator.

You can register a Report Administrator for your organisation using the same application form. The Report Administrator can manage reports, view messages and update security details.
