Investment Grade Bonds
The investment grade bond team of The Royal Bank of Scotland Corporate & Institutional is responsible for originating, structuring, underwriting and distributing publicly offered debt securities and related instruments, as well as providing company specific research. The team is based in London and is supported by origination, sales and trading specialists in the US and Asia.
High Yield Bonds
The Royal Bank of Scotland High Yield business was established to capitalise upon the bank's leading position as a pan-European corporate bank and particularly its strengths in leveraged and telecommunications finance. We are building on this platform to become the leading European player in the market. The high yield team is responsible for originating, structuring and distributing sub-investment grade bonds, as well as providing company specific research and secondary market liquidity to our institutional customers. In addition, the team has a dedicated capital markets capability to ensure the smooth execution of the bank's high yield primary market business.
