Lending principles for Larger Businesses

It's important that larger businesses know how they should expect to be treated by us.

We’re committed to improving our customer service. With this in mind, we have partnered with the British Bankers’ Association to help create The Lending Principles for Larger Businesses (PDF, 750KB), which sets out the minimum standards of service that larger business customers can expect when doing business with us.

The principles cover key aspects of the relationship between banks and larger business customers, from product information and credit application to ongoing communication and dealing with difficulties if things go wrong.
