Alternative ways to raise funds for your business

Private placements
Private placements are a specialist type of corporate bond. They are suitable for public or private companies with positive cash flow and who prefer that their borrowing maintains a lower profile. Similarly, investors will attract less publicity for their investments.
RBS Corporate & Institutional has an extensive global network and is able to help with placements in all major currencies from an extensive pool of investors.
Securitisation generally involves packaging a ring-fenced pool of assets, or a business, which then form the basis of an investible asset.
Deals can be public or private and will usually be rated by external agencies.
Securitisation is frequently used as part of a broader financing package. RBS Corporate & Institutional deliver packaged solutions combining a broad range of financing tools.
