Problems logging in to Online banking

What to do if you forget your information

Entered the wrong details
If you accidentally press the wrong key when logging in, don't worry, you get two attempts before being locked out.

Forgotten your details

  • Your Customer Number - you were given this when you signed up for online banking. It's your date of birth, followed by up to four digits
  • Your PIN - you chose this when you registered for online banking
  • Your Password - this was set by you when you registered. It's between six and 20 characters and may contain both letters and numbers

Of you have forgotten any of the above information, simply re-submit your details.

If you have forgotten your PIN, you will have to create a new PIN after you log in.
