What you'll need
If you have a NatWest account (and you're over 16) you can bank online. You'll need your:

  • Account number
  • Sort code

The sign up process
This sign up process is for all personal and business customers.
On the first page of the application, ensure that you select 'A NatWest Business Account' at the bottom of the page.

What happens next?
We'll give you a Customer Number. Keep this safe as you'll need it every time you log in.

You'll also receive a code in the post within seven days. It's sent by post to protect your security. Use this code to access the full online banking service.
