An international payment service that provides a cost-effective solution for low-value payments to Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa and USA
A reliable, highly secure, electronic means of sending low-value payments abroad. You can:
- pay a single flat fee per payment (no further charges will normally be levied by the receiving bank)
- transfer up to the equivalent of £2,000
- provide your beneficiary with the funds to arrive normally within 5 working days of your account being debited. This in the usual time and cannot be guaranteed
- initiate payments via NatWest branches or process them yourself via Bankline
Payments must be made in the currency of the destination country.

How to make a payment
In order for you to use Relay, we need the following information.
- the name of the payee
- the full name of their bank
- their bank code
- their branch code
- their account number

- Pay a flat fee per payment of £10
- Our payment request forms provide further information and are available from your branch or usual contact.
