Direct ordering

Alternatively, you can directly order stocks of popular currency notes and travellers cheques and supply them to staff who frequently travel abroad. You can:

• telephone or fax orders through to one of our Global Travel Money Services Cash Centres in the UK
• rely on delivery: authenticated orders received before 2pm will be delivered by registered post the next business day after 12pm. Large orders will be distributed by our designated security carrier
• choose delivery to your office, a staff member's home or one of our local branches
• present unused foreign currency notes and travellers cheques at any branch or send by registered post to Global Travel Money Services for credit to your company's bank account
• ask for special arrangements to allow you to pay for travellers cheques once they're issued to the end user, thereby benefiting your cash flow
• settle your charges by debiting any account with us (including foreign currency accounts) or from any UK bank account using Direct Debit or CHAPS

We also offer notes and cheques wholesale to NatWest customers to sell on to your customers, through our parent company The Royal Bank of Scotland.
