Borrow to finance the purchase or expansion of your practice and get:

up to 100% of the costs
a further 15% of the Health Authority Cost Rent valuation of the property
fixed or variable rates
the option of repayment holidays

And you can time your monthly repayments to coincide with your Cost Rent or Notional Rent Income.

Repayments

Taking a payment holiday is subject to satisfactory conduct of your accounts.
Interest will continue to accrue whilst any payment holiday or underpayment option is taken and your payments will be increased to include that interest at the end of the payment holiday.

Option	Features
Building finance	We'll offer up to 100% of the costs of buying or building a surgery, or altering an existing surgery that qualifies for Government Cost Rent or Notional Rent Income
Extra expenses	You can borrow a further 15% of the Health Authority Cost Rent valuation of the property to cover extra expenses, such as surveyors' fees and legal costs
Fixed or variable rates	You can decide whether you want a fixed or variable rate of interest
Capital payment holiday	You can pay just the interest when you first take out your loan. Following a holiday, your repayment instalment(s) will be increased to include that element of capital that would ordinarily have been applied during the holiday period.
Timed payments	You can time your monthly repayments to coincide with your Cost Rent or Notional Rent Income
