The VAT office has an extensive support system to advise and train people to understand VAT and complete the forms. It will provide support and information by appointment, by telephone and via the Internet. When you first register for VAT, feel free to invite the VAT office to come and review your system with you. It is very willing to do this - recognising that it can save time and trouble later.
